Is message history limited on the free plan?
No. Message history is not capped on any plan, including the free one for up to 3 users. Older messages stay searchable.
Can a chat message become a ticket?
Yes. Any message, thread reply or email can be turned into a task on a board. The task keeps a link back to the conversation, and status changes are posted back into the room.
Does Roomie chat include calls?
Yes. Every room has a huddle: audio, video and screen sharing start inside the room without generating a meeting link, and anyone in the room can join.
Is there a mobile and desktop app?
Yes. Roomie runs in the browser and has apps for iOS, Android, macOS and Windows, all on the same account.
How much does it cost compared with Slack?
Roomie is free for up to 3 users. After that it is $2 per user per month (NPR 250 in Nepal), and that one price covers every part of the workspace. There is no separate charge for this.
