Roomie mail vs Google Workspace
Google's mail is excellent and its office suite is deeper than ours: we are not a spreadsheet or slides product. What we do have is an agent on your computer that opens a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file and makes the change you ask for. This is the trade as we see it.
If your team lives in Sheets, keep Workspace for that and still use Roomie for chat, tasks and support.

Can I use my own domain for email?
Yes. You add your domain, publish the DNS records Roomie gives you (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC), and create mailboxes on it. Roomie shows whether each record is passing.
How many mailboxes can I create?
There is no per-mailbox fee. You pay per workspace user, and a user can have more than one address on your domain.
Can I turn an email into a task?
Yes. An email can be converted into a task on any board you belong to, with the message attached, so a customer request does not have to be copied into a separate tool.
Does it block tracking images?
Remote images are blocked by default and shown when you ask for them, or always for senders you trust. That stops open-tracking pixels from reporting when you read a message.
What does it cost compared with Google Workspace?
Roomie is free for up to 3 users. After that it is $2 per user per month (NPR 250 in Nepal), and that one price covers every part of the workspace. There is no separate charge for this.
