See Roomie Wiki in action
Two minutes: spaces, multiplayer editing, sharing, and how your AI reads it all.
Spaces hold your team's pages
Everyone in a space reads and edits together, in real time. That is the whole mental model — there is nothing else to learn.
Spaces
Top-level containers — one per team, per client, or per project. "Engineering", "Design", "Company Handbook".
Pages & folders
Rich pages with headings, tables, checklists, emoji, @mentions, and #board tags. Folders keep a growing space navigable.
Live collaboration
Named cursors, edits landing as teammates type. No locked files, no "final_v3.docx", no merge conflicts.
Your docs live in your AI's context
Roomie works as an MCP server. Connect Claude, Kimi, or any MCP-compatible agent once, and it can search and read your wiki the same way it reads your tasks and messages. Documentation stops being write-only.
- "Implement the feature described in the API design page" — your AI reads the actual spec.
- "What did we decide about pricing?" — answered from the decision doc, reasoning intact.
- Onboarding drafts pulled from your real handbook, not a guess.
From Roomie Space › Launch Plan: v2 ships Thursday. Sita owns the launch email (Tue), Abhijet owns the pricing page (Wed). The announcement post is drafted. Still unowned: in-app paywall update.
Built for how your team actually works
Engineering teams
RFCs, API specs, runbooks, and postmortems next to the sprint boards they describe. Tag the board, mention the owner, let your AI read the spec before it writes the code.
Design & consulting studios
One space per client. Briefs, research notes, and decision logs stay together — export the deliverables as PDF when the project wraps.
Everyday office work
Meeting notes, policies, onboarding checklists, holiday calendars. The documents every company runs on, one click from your chat.
Never locked in. Shared on your terms.
Moving in is one click. Moving out is one click. Sharing is a toggle you control.
Export as PDF
Every page exports as a clean PDF — for clients, auditors, or anyone outside your workspace.
Import from Word
Bring existing .docx documentation in and keep working from where you left off.
Public link
Flip a toggle and anyone with the link can read — no account needed. Turn it off and the old link dies immediately.
Personal read-only links per person. See when they're opened, revoke any time.
Public visitors see a read-only page and can't see who else is in your workspace.
Frequently asked questions
How is Roomie Wiki different from Notion or Confluence?
Roomie Wiki lives inside the same workspace as your chat, mail, tasks, and calendar — and it is exposed to AI agents through Roomie's MCP server. Your AI can read and search your docs the same way it reads your tasks and messages, without copy-pasting context.
Can multiple people edit the same page at once?
Yes. Pages are fully multiplayer — everyone in a space edits together in real time, with named live cursors, so there are no locked files or merge conflicts.
Can I share a wiki page with someone outside my workspace?
Yes, two ways. Turn on a public link so anyone with the link can read the page without an account, or share via email to send a personal read-only link you can track and revoke per person.
Can I export or import documents?
Every page exports as a clean PDF, and you can import existing Word (.docx) documents to keep working from where you left off.
One place to write. One source of truth.
Docs next to your chat, tasks, and mail — edited together in real time, and readable by your AI.
