Free includes 500K tokens a month and Growth 2M, and it resets monthly. If you run through it you can top up from the billing screen; nothing else in the workspace stops working when the AI allowance does. On a self-hosted instance the allowance starts at 2M and your own admin changes it.

$2,000 a year per instance, one instance is 8 GB and 8 cores, which carries 50–100 people, and extra capacity is another node at the same price. There is no user limit at all; what is fixed is the instance, so a thousand people run across several licensed nodes rather than on one very large one. Your server, your database, your own AI model and your own domain; we do the install and the environment setup, and you get log and workspace monitoring with uptime in one Grafana view. Two conditions: a “Powered by Roomie Workspace” mark at the foot of your published site and support pages, and no reselling.

You export it. Messages, files, tasks, wiki pages and mail come out in open formats, and we do not hold an export hostage behind a renewal.
